What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate customer service, handling inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, claims, and billing.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
Requirements
- Comfortable making at least 100 outbound calls or engaging in a minimum of 8 Auto Conversations per day.
- Understand that we are risk managers, focusing on Auto, Home, and Life insurance.
- Must be coachable, willing to learn, and committed to weekly activity goals based on effort, not sales.

Compensation $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
